職務內容

在此職位中,您將主導從概念快速原型機到量產的整體產品設計,結合機械工程、機構工程、機電整合與工業設計思維,打造兼具結構安全性、功能完整性、美學一致性與食品安全合規的系統化機電產品。

(希望有機械/機構/機電系統設計,結合工業設計複合經驗的人才)

此職位要求具備跨領域能力,能在快速原型機開發、設計驗證與迭代優化中獨立執行並持續推進產品量產執行。

您將負責:

1.主導產品機械與機構設計,包括結構規劃、材料選擇、致動模組整合與製造導向設計(DFM)。

2.以工業設計視角進行產品造型與人因設計,確保產品在外觀美學、使用體驗、可維護性與功能整合上達成最佳平衡。

3.將多種機器人子機械系統(手臂、感測器、控制模組等)整合為安全、穩定、易維護且具一致造型語彙的系統。

4.應用熱傳、動力學與材料力學等核心知識,確保產品具備最佳結構穩定性、耐用性與製造可行性。

5.設計 (製作工程圖面與相關文件)、製作、並優化從概念構思、CAD 建模完整開發流程。

設計、製作、並優化機電整合高品質快速原型機(3D 列印、CNC、小量製造)、致動器與馬達整合、線材佈線與控制系統接線。

6.設計、製作、並優化測試治具與驗證平台,用於整合測試與品質控制。

7.主導供應商開發與管理,評估到合作執行,確保能選擇並採購最適用於機電系統設計的材料與元件,同時規劃並執行系統測試與可靠性驗證,評估新機電設計在可行性、成本與效能間的最佳平衡。

8.持續執行快速設計迭代與原型驗證循環(Design–Build–Test–Refine),確保設計能快速落地並優化可靠度,及改版管理。

9.與跨部門團隊(軟體、控制、AI、機器人)協作,確保結構、功能與外觀整合順暢。

10.設計並執行可靠性、安全性與食品安全測試,符合 ISO、HACCP 、FSH 等國際標準。

11.導入食品接觸材料(Food-Grade Materials)與安全設計規範,確保產品符合食品自動化應用需求。

其他條件

  • 機械工程、機電工程或相關領域之學士、碩士或博士學位
  • 3 - 5 年以上產品或機電系統開發經驗,具備從設計到量產導入的完整實務經驗
  • 精通 CAD(SolidWorks、Fusion 360 等),熟悉 CAM、曲面建模與造型設計
  • 熟悉 DFM、裝配設計、GD&T(幾何尺寸與公差)、材料選擇與成本優化
  • 熟悉 FEA(有限元素分析)、風險評估、熱傳、材料力、應力與結構分析
  • 熟悉快速打樣技術(3D 列印、CNC、小量製造)並能執行機構整合與測試
  • 具備機械系統整合能力:馬達控制、感測器整合、電路連接與嵌入式控制模組設計
  • 具備跨領域整合經驗,能將機構、電機、控制系統整合為單一可行產品
  • 熟悉食品安全與製造標準(ISO、HACCP、FDA/FSH 食品接觸材料規範)
  • 能在快節奏新創環境中獨立作業、主導設計決策並快速執行

  • 熟悉 ROS/ROS2、嵌入式系統、機器人控制架構或馬達驅動控制
  • 熟悉 Ubuntu/Linux、Python、C++、PLC 或即時控制系統
  • 有新創公司或餐飲自動化/機器人產業經驗
