  • Develop Should Cost for new & modified product line by applying the appropriate cost method.
  • Evaluate engineering changes to establish cost saving for the change and identify the cost drivers for variable.
  • Provide purchasing with support during supplier negotiations through analysis of supplier's price breakdown detail and "should cost" analysis.
  • Periodic Supplier visits to maintain & improve internal know-how of manufacturing processes & best practices.
  • Identify potential cost optimization opportunities and support company technical cost reduction activities.
  • Cooperate with networking cost comparison analysis by working with other regions.
  • Develop the cost structure for standardization plans.
