把對的功能做到夠好、夠穩、夠值得每天被使用。

【這個角色是什麼 Positioning】

這是一個
hands-on、以執行為核心
的資深產品經理角色。 你會參與定義願景,也會參與決策共識會議; 你需要做的是:
把已經有共識的產品方向,轉化為高品質的 UX、清楚可執行的 PRD,以及穩定可預期的工程 backlog。

【你會負責的事情 Responsibilities】

1. Backlog 與交付負責(Backlog & Delivery Ownership)

  • 負責 Meeting Ink 核心功能的需求拆解、PRD 撰寫與 Backlog 管理。
  • 與設計師、工程師密切合作,確保每個 Sprint Scope 清楚、可交付。
  • 在時程、品質與技術限制之間做實際取捨(Trade-off),確保功能能準時上線。
  • 對交付結果負責
    ,而不只是對規格文件負責。

2. UX / Feature 深度打磨(UX & Feature Execution)

  • 與設計師共同定義使用流程、資訊架構與互動細節。
  • 對
    AI 產品體驗
    有高度敏感度,能妥善設計等待狀態(Latency)、錯誤引導與邊界條件,彌補模型能力的限制。
  • 在意 Loading、操作步驟、錯誤提示與文字命名(Micro-copy),願意反覆修正同一個 Feature,直到它真的沒有易用性問題(usability)、真的幫助到使用者(Utility)、使用者願意每天使用(desirability)。

3. 跨部門協作與需求收斂(Cross-functional Execution)

  • 與工程、客服及
    Growth Ops
    團隊緊密合作:當 Growth 團隊驗證出有效的實驗後 ,由你接手將其
    標準化
    為穩定、可規模化的正式產品功能。
  • 在既定的產品策略與 Roadmap 下,主動清除障礙,推進事情發生。

4. 穩定產品節奏與品質(Product Quality & Rhythm)

  • 維持穩定的產品交付節奏,避免 Feature 半成品或長期 Pending。
  • 確保既有功能的品質、可維護性與一致體驗。
  • 協助團隊累積可重複的產品設計與交付模式(SOP)。

【我們正在找的你 Requirements】

  • 5 年以上 B2B SaaS 產品經理經驗
    。
  • 曾親自負責複雜產品模組的設計與落地(我們需要的是 Builder,不是 Reviewer)。
  • 習慣在有明確 Roadmap 與 Backlog 的環境中工作,精通
    Jira / Linear / Notion
    等管理工具。
  • 能長時間專注在 Feature 細節與規格調整,不把這些視為「雜事」。
  • 能與工程師順暢溝通,理解技術限制並調整產品設計。
  • 做決策時務實、不追求完美,而追求可交付與可驗證。

【加分條件 Nice to have】

  • 有企業級產品(B2B SaaS)、政府或大型組織導入經驗。
  • 熟悉 AI / 語音相關產品(不需懂模型開發,但能理解
    ASR/LLM 的能力邊界
    )。
  • 曾與 Growth / Data 團隊合作,有將實驗結果(MVP)轉化為正式產品的經驗。
  • 有 API、權限管理(RBAC)或複雜設定型產品經驗。
