Main Requirements

BS in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS degree preferred) Strong background in automotive process flow, qualification, and quality control within assembly and test operations Hands-on experience with ATE probe and final test hardware/software, lab equipment, and mechanical systems Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors (foundries, assembly/test houses, reliability and qualification vendors) Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, JMP, YieldHub, or equivalent statistical software Solid understanding of digital, RF, and analog fundamentals, along with design-for-test and design-for-manufacturing concepts Expertise in semiconductor test methodologies across digital, mixed-signal, and PMIC devices, with hands-on VLSI ATE experience; system-level and RF/SoC experience is a plus Preferred experience with Advantest V93000 SoC Tester (Smartest 7 or Smartest 8) Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken 7+ years of experience in ATE test development and production support
