完成端到端資料整合與 AI 智能代理系統串接
的工程師。

您的工作將直接服務於兩個明確目標:

1. 幫助現有系統的使用者做出更有依據的決策,以提升公司利潤
2. 優化流程,提高效率,降低營運成本

You will be responsible for integrating data from our ERP, CRM, MES, and other enterprise systems into a centralized data warehouse, building APIs to connect with AI agents, and enabling these agents to deliver actionable insights to end-users.

Your work will directly serve two clear business goals:

1. Help current users make more informed decisions to increase profits
2. Make processes more efficient to reduce costs

工作內容 | Key Responsibilities

資料整合與工程 | Data Integration & Engineering

• 從 ERP、CRM、MES 等系統擷取資料,建立 ETL 流程。
• 將資料清理、轉換並載入至資料倉儲(Snowflake、BigQuery、Redshift 或同類系統)。
• 確保資料安全、合規與擴展性。
• Extract and process data from ERP, CRM, MES, and other systems.
• Clean, transform, and load data into a data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar).
• Ensure data security, compliance, and scalability.

API 開發 | API Development

• 設計與維護可連接資料倉儲與 AI Agent 框架的 API。
• 實作安全驗證、日誌與監控機制。
• 優化 API 效能以支援查詢需求。
• Design and maintain APIs connecting the data warehouse to AI agent frameworks.
• Implement security authentication, logging, and monitoring.
• Optimize API performance for efficient queries.

AI Agent 系統整合 | AI Agent Integration

• 與 LangChain、CrewAI、Haystack 等 AI Agent 框架整合。
• 設計資料檢索與回應流程(如 RAG 架構)。
• 與產品與業務團隊合作,針對需求優化 Agent 能力。
• Integrate with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or Haystack.
• Design data retrieval and response flows (e.g., RAG).
• Collaborate with product and business teams to optimize agent capabilities.

跨部門合作 | Cross-Functional Collaboration

• 與業務、產品、研發團隊討論並定義資料需求與應用場景。
• 將技術方案以易懂方式向非技術人員解釋。
• 持續優化資料與 Agent 流程,提升業務價值。
• Work with business, product, and R&D teams to define data requirements and use cases.
• Explain technical solutions in clear, non-technical language.
• Continuously optimize data and agent workflows to maximize business value.

條件需求 | Preferred Qualifications

• 具備
  Python
  開發經驗;熟悉 Java 或 C# 更佳。
• 有 API 開發經驗(REST / GraphQL)。
• 了解資料倉儲與 ETL 工具的使用。
• 接觸過 AI Agent 框架(LangChain、Haystack 等)。
• 具備跨部門溝通與需求分析能力。
• 具備
  第一性原理思維
  與解決問題的能力。
• Experience with
  Python
  development; familiarity with Java or C# is a plus.
• Experience developing APIs (REST / GraphQL).
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL tools.
• Exposure to AI agent frameworks (LangChain, Haystack, etc.).
• Strong cross-functional communication and requirements analysis skills.
• First-principles thinking
  and strong problem-solving ability.

加分條件 | Nice-to-Have

• 曾整合 Salesforce、SAP、Oracle Netsuite、鼎新等企業系統。
• 熟悉向量資料庫(Pinecone、Weaviate、Milvus 等)。
• 具備資料安全與權限控管經驗。
• 曾開發 AI 驅動的商業應用。
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle Netsuite, or Digiwin.
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Experience with data security and access control.
• Developed AI-powered business applications.
