Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the end-to-end personal loans application process
- Product maintenance, P&L tracking, and new product or process development
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
- Manage the Unsecured Loan portfolio, monitor key performance indicators such as ENR$, NIM%, and payment rates, and develop strategies to retain existing customers
- Manage and optimize the unsecured lending policy with stakeholders
- Oversee post-disbursement management and customer service activities
- Design user requirement for system enhencement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, credit risk, or consumer lending
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills; cross-cultural cooperation experience is preferred
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and financial modeling
- Thorough understanding of loan regulations, policies, and best practices
