As Staff NPI Manager in Mobile & Client Business Unit, you will contribute to successful launch of next generation of memory & storage solutions. You will be responsible for providing best-in-class Product launch support through cooperation with global engineering, product & manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of industry-leading products.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop Customer NPI Sample Forecast plan with Product Manager/Customer Teams
- Execute NPI Sample plan for successful product ramps
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to align on NPI Sample plans & Execution
- Manage shipping restrictions (CCR/GCSRs) for site/substrate changes and FW restrictions
- Oversee product changes, transitions, and end-of-life communications (PCNs)
- Maintain Marketing Part Number Decoders and Product SKU/Status Guides
- Handle part number creation, maintenance, and consolidation
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor or related industry
- Strong Bias for Action & Analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across geo-locations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's in Business or Engineering or equivalent
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
