Overview
The Senior React Developer plays a critical role in building and maintaining scalable web applications that enhance user experiences. This remote position is based in Taiwan and requires a seasoned professional who can take the lead on complex front-end projects. The ideal candidate will not only have a solid background in and JavaScript frameworks but will also bring a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and back-end developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. As a senior member of the development team, you will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and optimizing application performance. The Senior React Developer is essential to our organization's success as we aim to provide intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that meet our clients' evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new user-facing features in which have a huge amount of PV everyday.
  • Write client-side code to create super-fast, easy-to-use, web-based applications which include website for both desktop and mobile browsers, and hybrid in-app pages.
  • Optimize web applications to maximize speed, scale, search engine.
  • Build libraries and frameworks that support complex web applications, speedup development efficiency and improve code quality.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years developing production JavaScript code and strong knowledge of React.
  • Understanding of state-management patterns such as Redux, Flux or similar.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects with high quality UI.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience in developing large scale responsive web sites for diverse clients from high powered desktop computers to small footprint mobile devices.
  • Experience with modern front end technologies (styled system, webpack, etc).
