Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business – they were made just right for you. 工作內容 1) 電話聯絡線上申請信用卡未完成案件,說明並輔導完成申辦。 2) 電話聯絡客戶信用卡補件,並協助完成申辦。 3) 配合團隊合作,可機動性配合任務部署   格 1. 大學或專科(含)以上畢業。 2. 具有信用卡客戶服務或申辦信用卡或電銷經驗尤佳。 3. 具備良好的客戶溝通技巧且EQ佳。 4. 熟悉電腦操作, 例如\: Word, Excel…等。 5. 嚴格遵守銀行的作業流程,與銀行所要求的相關準則與措施。 6. 反應快且具備團隊合作精神,遵守任務安排, 並能在接受新的任務時很快進入狀況
