What You'll Do
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's enterprise-level products. Your primary responsibility will be to lead product customisation efforts, working closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to establish SOPs and optimise workflows. You will also gather and analyse customer requirements to define product roadmaps and feature development. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will execute product strategies that keep our B2B solutions competitive in the ever-evolving fintech market.
- Lead product customisation for clients, ensuring tailored solutions that meet business needs.
- Work closely with BD and AM teams to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and optimise workflows.
- Gather and analyse customer requirements to define product road maps and feature development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to execute product strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to keep our B2B solutions competitive.
- Define key product KPIs and ensure continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.
What You Bring
The ideal candidate for this Senior Product Manager role brings extensive experience in product management within the crypto industry. With at least 3 years of experience in B2B solutions, you understand the unique challenges of this sector. Your strong understanding of enterprise-level solutions and licensed entity customisation sets you apart from others. You have previously worked closely with BD/AM teams to develop SOPs and drive process improvements. Your excellent communication skills enable you to manage stakeholders effectively. Lastly, your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment coupled with your proactive problem-solving mindset makes you an ideal fit for this role.
