Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Capella Microsystems (Taiwan) Limited is currently seeking applicants for
Sr. Manager of Test and Product engineering
to join our team that is involved in testing development solutions for various sensor products. The successful candidate will work with an experienced operation team to ensure on time product fulfillment and be exposed to the entire product manufacturing from wafer order to finished good. In addition, there are opportunities to support QA team on customer RMA failure analysis.

Vishay Capella Microsystems (Taiwan) Limited is a well-known analog IC design company, specializing in optical electronic related products. Capella has a leading market position in the fast-growing market for optical sensors such as ambient light and proximity sensors. Products including Integrated Photodiodes and I/V Amplifiers (PDICs), Plastic Optical Fiber (POF), Optical Encoders, RGB Sensors, LED Drivers, and IrDA compliant transceivers. We are located in the heart of Xindian District, New Taipei City, where the public transportation and living functions are quite convenient, just 10 minutes walking distance from Dapinglin MRT Station and Yulon City mall.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage TE engineering team to develop CP and FT testing solutions including hardware design and ATE software.
• Overseeing the delivery of test coverage, test flow, characterization, and drive product qualification to meet application requirements.
• Define test hardware system requirements from concept through MP adaption.
• Interface with operation and sub-con vendors and support on-time fulfillment.
• Supervise PE team and participate in ATE data reviews, test limit reviews , CP and FT yield analysis.
• Interface with product marketing and circuit designers on new product testing requirements.
• Participate in production testing roadmap planning and testing transfer implementation to 3rd party testing house.
• Interface with QA team and conduct preliminary failure analysis of RMA device.

What You Will Bring Along

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in test and product engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of test methodologies, ATE platforms, and data analysis tools.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying test solutions for optical sensor related products.
• Good understanding of CMOS and MEMS based sensors production flows.
• Understanding SOP concept and test program production release and document control system.
• Good understanding of EMC and ESD effects and requirements Know-how in CMOS mixed-mode technologies
• Good knowledge of measurement, testing and characterization methods.
• Self-motivated, individual contributor with strong problem-solving skills, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience of working in wide-ranging roles and flexible environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. And the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with optical sensor testing is preferred.
• Knowledge of AEC-Q100 automotive industry qualification and consumer devices qualification process.
