Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Parts Recycle, Clean, and Recoating operations within the semiconductor industry. This role is responsible for overseeing engineering activities related to the refurbishment and surface treatment of semiconductor equipment parts, ensuring high-quality standards, cost efficiency, and environmental compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in the development and execution of parts recycling, cleaning, and recoating processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, yield, and turnaround time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and supply chain to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and engineering specifications.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and materials to improve coating performance and extend part life.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Provide technical support for customer inquiries and failure analysis.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational metrics.

Educational/Certification Requirement
:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment parts refurbishment, surface treatment, or related manufacturing processes.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning technologies (e.g., plasma, chemical, ultrasonic), coating methods (e.g., PVD, CVD, thermal spray), and materials compatibility.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor industry standards and cleanroom protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations related to chemical handling and waste management.
  • Experience working with global teams and customers.
