Responsibilities:- Coordinate the installation, functionality, and maintenance of equipment toolsets, ensuring both hardware and software are fully operational and interfacing seamlessly with other systems.
- Maintain tool performance by ensuring high availability to production and strictly adhering to quality metrics. Apply data analysis to determine priority equipment engineering initiatives.
- Please ensure that you conduct all tasks in compliance with applicable safety policies and laws. Proactively address safety issues to reduce incidents of personal injuries, hazards, or environmental impacts.
- To collaborate with suppliers, process owners, and Shift Engineers/Technicians to complete daily activities and facilitate audits.
- Analyze data to inform critical decisions, drive cost-reduction activities, and address the root causes of complex problems. Optimize PM frequency by reviewing SPC, ETI, and Y3, and manage inventory lists to ensure part availability for maintenance events.
