工作內容:

• 駐點於政府單位現場,與維運團隊合作執行系統維運、設備管理、故障排除與技術支援。

• 執行日常系統維運作業,並定期撰寫技術及維運相關文件。

• 學習並熟悉維運系統、維護及障礙排除流程。

• 負責伺服器、機房設備及網路/資訊安全的監控與維護。

• 建置與管理伺服器及核心系統,維護虛擬化平台(如 VMware、Proxmox VE)。

• 管理帳號與權限系統(含 Windows AD、Linux 及網路設備帳號)。

• 管理與設定網路及資安設備,包括防火牆規則、路由與 VLAN。

• 定期執行 Windows/Linux 系統資安漏洞檢測與修補,確保符合政府 A 級機關之安全標準與稽核要求。

• 規劃並執行資安稽核流程,包括:
   (1) 系統與網路設備設定稽核。

   (2) 使用者帳號與存取權限稽核。
   (3) 系統日誌 (Log) 與異常事件追蹤。

   (4) 資安防護措施與修補執行情形查核。
   (5) 配合內部及外部稽核,提出改善建議並追蹤執行成果。

• 落實 ISO27001 資安稽核要求與管理規範。

• 協助專案執行,包括系統架構規劃、建置/維護、測試及技術文件撰寫。

• 撰寫標準作業流程(SOP),並完成主管交辦事項。

• 不定時需公出至外縣市執行專案任務。

資格條件:


• 3年以上系統工程師相關經驗

• 具備 Windows/Linux 系統管理及維護經驗

• 熟悉虛擬化平台(VMware、Proxmox VE)建置與維運

• 熟悉防火牆管理與 L2/L3 交換器、路由器設定及障礙排除

• 具備 AD 管理與資安防護經驗

• 熟悉資安稽核流程與漏洞修補作業

• 熟悉機房環境管理與監控系統維護

• 具備良好溝通協調能力、專案協作精神與文件撰寫能力

• 具備下列任一證照者尤佳:CCNA、CCNP、MCSE、VMware、ISO27001

• 熟悉容器技術(Docker、Kubernetes)者佳
