Established in 1987, Air Liquide Far Eastern (ALFE) is a prominent joint-venture between Air Liquide Group, a global leader in gases, technologies, and services for Industry and Health, and Far Eastern New Century Group. In recent years, ALFE has emerged as the top French company in terms of investment in Taiwan's manufacturing industry. Presently, ALFE boasts a workforce of over 780 employees and maintains a strong presence with 40 offices and plants located in Taipei, Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung, as well as the major Science Parks across Taiwan, providing critical high-quality industrial gases, specialty gases, and advanced materials.
Job summary:
.Achieve sales objectives (margin, DSO, sales forecast accuracy and projects)
.Build relationships with the end users to understand customer needs in terms of Air Liquide products.
.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer's requirements are met.

關鍵客戶管理(台積電)Key Account Management – TSMC
- 維繫並深化與台積電各廠區的合作關係,涵蓋採購、製程、設備、品保與生產單位 Maintain and grow relationships with multiple TSMC fabs and departments including Procurement and Planning, Process, Equipment, QA, and Facility
- 定期拜訪,協助客戶技術導入、異常回應與商務協調 Conduct regular on-site visits to support technical introduction, issue handling, and commercial alignment .
技術支持與產品導入 Technical Support & Product Introduction
- 推動新材料於台積電製程中的設計導入(Design-In)或量產認證(HVM Qualification) Drive material design-in and HVM qualification within TSMC process flows
- 協助進行樣品測試、製程參數優化與跨部門問題解析 Assist with sample testing, process tuning, and cross-functional issue resolution .
年度商務策略與議價管理 Commercial Strategy & Negotiation
- 支援年度報價、合約更新與條款協商,提升公司收益 Support annual pricing, contract renewals, and commercial negotiations to maximize value
- 根據客戶投片計畫與物料需求預測(FCST),協助供應鏈規劃與交期管理 Coordinate with supply chain teams based on TSMC forecasts and production plans .
專案管理與品質溝通 Project Management & Quality Interface
- 發生異常事件時,協調內部團隊(品質/GPM/工廠)快速提出RCA與改善計畫 In case of incidents, coordinate internal teams to deliver RCA and improvement plans quickly and transparently .
市場趨勢與TSMC需求回饋 Market Trends & Customer Insight
- 追蹤台積電新廠建廠進度與技術節點動態 Track fab expansion and technology roadmap
- 將客戶未來材料需求與技術痛點帶回內部,協助公司進行產品開發與差異化佈局 Feed customer needs and pain points back to the company to guide product development and differentiation strategy.
Are you a MATCH?
Education
- 化學、材料、化工、電子工程或相關科系 大學以上 Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or EE-related field .
Working Experience:
- 三年以上相關半導體或化學產業工作經驗 3+ years experience in the semiconductor or chemical industry.
- 業務/市場開發/應用技術相關領域
