Your Role
Warehouse daily operations support:

• Execute processes such as parts receiving, inspection, storage location allocation, and shipment.
• Assist in handling abnormal product packaging and return procedures.
• Operate automated and handling equipment (e.g., barcode scanners, pallet jacks) for material handling.
• Assist with label creation and storage organization to ensure complete traceability of materials.

Digital System Operation And Data Processing

• Assist in operating SAP and warehouse management systems to perform data entry and inquiries.
• Collaborate with specialists to carry out inventory counts and accurately reconcile actual stock with system data to ensure consistency.
• Assist in writing simple operation manuals and organizing operational data such as Excel reports and charts.

Support For Digitalization And Automation Implementation

• Assist with the installation and daily maintenance of warehouse equipment (such as barcode scanners, RFID devices, etc.).
• Support projects aimed at process optimization, such as QR code scanning applications and the creation of automated forms.

Warehouse Environment Maintenance And Safety

• Assist in regular inspections of warehouse facilities (lighting, ventilation, fire protection, etc.) to ensure safety and operational stability.
• Perform safety patrols, document any abnormalities, and provide improvement recommendations.

Who You Are
Education:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in logistics management, information technology, automation engineering, or related fields.

Working Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics support, or equipment handling is preferred.
• Experience with barcode systems, SAP, or WMS is a plus.
• Experience participating in warehouse automation or digitalization improvement projects is an advantage.

Technical & Professional Knowledge

• Proficient in basic Excel operations, with skills in data organization and preliminary analysis.
• Experience operating forklifts and holding relevant certification is preferred.
• Skills in Python, Power BI, or other data analysis/visualization tools are a plus.
• English ability: Basic listening, reading, and writing skills are preferred, especially the ability to read work instructions and communicate simply.

• Detail-oriented and careful, able to accurately perform tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with facilities management and manufacturing departments.
