About The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and creative Senior Product Designer to join our Marketing Squad. In this role, you will enhance user acquisition, activation, and retention through key projects like referral programs, onboarding experiences, and more, while supporting marketing landing pages. Join us to make a significant impact in the dynamic fintech and crypto space.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric design goals.
• Deliver end-to-end design solutions, and work closely with the development team to ensure the design meets the expected goals.
• Maintain and update existing design systems and templates, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
• Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose comprehensive solutions to enhance the user experience, ensuring that user needs are effectively addressed.
• Support the marketing team in developing engaging landing pages that align with campaign objectives and enhance brand messaging.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on trading platforms, fintech, or crypto-related applications.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles and design systems, coupled with a user-centered mindset and strong design intuition.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to change and driving continuous product improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong track record of effective cross-departmental teamwork.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, demonstrating strong visual design and prototyping capabilities.

Nice to Haves

• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and crypto exchange mechanisms.
• Experience with user research and usability testing, providing actionable insights to refine user experiences.
• A background in digital marketing or campaign design, enhancing the integration of design with marketing initiatives.
