Responsibilities

  1. Act as the Project Owner, responsible for the design and development of SPS PMIC (Smart Power Stage Power Management Integrated Circuit).
  2. Develop project timelines and track team progress to ensure milestones are met.
  3. Design Smart Power Stage and DrMOS products using BCD process.
  4. Conduct power system design, research, and development.
  5. Serve as project coordinator for new product development, overseeing the process from product definition to product release.

Qualifications

  1. Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with over 7 years of experience in power IC design, including a minimum of 3 years leading projects.
  2. Has the experience in Buck/Boost converter IC design.
  3. Nice to familiar with high-voltage BCD process knowledge.
  4. Demonstrates strong schedule management and effective verbal and written communication skills.
