Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced A2C Lead to join our APAC team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the efficiency and delivery of billing & collections, managing, motivating, and leading the Billing & Collections teams, and owning key targets including cash collection, ageing, and Bad Debt Expense (BDE).

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:
1. Core Responsibilities:
-Drive effective and accurate billing along with cash collection to meet A2C targets, and embed a cash mindset in all activities.
-Oversee all A2C related month-close activities and month-end reporting, ensuring timescales are consistently met.

2. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
-Lead cross-functional (Sales, Operations, Finance) sessions to drive the eradication of the root causes of the most frequently occurring disputes, ensuring that action plans are documented and executed on time.
-Partner closely with the A2C Business Partner, Director of APAC A2C, Country GM, Sales VPs and Directors, and other key stakeholders to drive accurate billing and cash collection.

3. Compliance and Risk Management:
-Enforce compliance with A2C policy, identifying and addressing any deviations.
Own Iron Mountain's Internal Global Audit Controls (SOX-Lite) relating to Accounts Receivable, specifically Controls 2.2 (Manual Billing & Credit Memos), 2.3 (Revenue Reconciliation), 2.4 (Accrued & Deferred Revenue) and 2.5 (A/R Reserves Aging Analysis).
-Manage the overall level of credit-related risk by tracking and monitoring the level of 90 day+ overdue receivables, and driving actions to resolve issues.

4. People Management:
-Supervise, manage, motivate, and lead the Billing, Collections & Cash Apps delivery organisation, setting behavioural expectations.
-Identify and support the development of appropriate A2C related training to fill capability and skills gaps.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience:
-Track record of successfully driving performance and process improvement, especially on cash collection.
-End-to-end process understanding of the Invoice to Cash operating model.
Strong negotiations skills to assist conversations with customers and senior individuals (CFO's, Financial Controllers, etc.).

2. Knowledge and Skills:
-Sound knowledge of Financial Literacy and Business Acumen.
Strong analysis, problem solving, proactive root cause analysis, customer interfacing, and conflict resolution skills.
-Ability to project manage, lead, and work collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
-Ability to assess risk with A2C processes and to implement appropriate controls.

3. Leadership and Language:
-Proven Leadership and teamwork skills with ability to lead and motivate during ambiguity.
-Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; proficiency in Korean is an advantage.
-Will have a positive attitude, self-confidence, and calmness under pressure.
