Lead Structure

• Lead junior engineer to have success project delivery to meet technical requirements and schedule for server/storage product development.
• Delivering mechanical structure analysis reports, and the mitigation solution/plan to fix mechanical structure defects.
• Capable of define the suitable process and working models to fulfill diverse business requirements.
• Capable to evaluate mechanical structure by FEA tools such as Ansys Mechanical/Ls-dyna/Sherlock, and offering the design risk assessment and design recommendations.
• Mechanical and Structure relative research and workshops.
• Define the experimental method and criteria to assess the risks of PCB warpage/BGA stress.
• Collaborate with cross-functions to have success delivery on business.

• Master or Ph.D degree in mechanical engineering, mechanics, Civil engineering, Marine engineering or equivalent experience beyond.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical development, structure analysis, FEA.
• Familiar reliability validation testing and the industry spec in the mechanical structure field.
• Comfortable presenting to technical audiences in English language.
• Strong relationship management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across many levels of a matrixed organization.

• Self-motivated and proactive
• Fluent in English language (verbal and written)
• Experience with Python and/or simulation tool plugin development
• Semiconductor industry experience
