Position: HRM Specialist

What will you do:

• Design, improve, and optimize Time and Absence Policy and process including off-line process.
• Manage and operate Workhours, Work type, Time-off, Leave of absence including workday data and request.
• Ensure meeting all the legal/financial requirements related to Time and absence.
• Work on improvement project for employee experience, monetary and efficiency.

Qualifications and key skills

# 2+ year of HRM working experiences
