IT Trainer

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dedicated
End User Trainer
to support end-user training initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions, ensuring smooth adoption of systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct training programs for end users on company systems, tools, and processes.
• Create user-friendly training materials (e.g., guides, videos, FAQs).
• Gather feedback to improve training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align training with organizational needs

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Based in Singapore or Taiwan
  (local candidates preferred).
• Professional Demeanor:
  Presentable, articulate, and confident in public speaking.
• Voice & Communication:
  Pleasant and clear vocal delivery; able to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience:
  Prior training, teaching, or technical support experience is a plus.
• Language:
  Bilingual - Fluent in English; Proficiency in Mandarin
