Responsibilities

  • Review and verify expense details, including supporting documents and budget alignment; perform accurate accounting entries.
  • Manage and execute accounting and financial processes for the company's overseas operations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including internal management statements and account reconciliation reports.
  • Handle intercompany transactions across multiple brands within the group and compile cost allocation reports.
  • Conduct expense variance analysis and provide insights for financial planning and optimization.
  • Support special projects and assignments as delegated by management.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in full set accounting or audit. Experience in the banking or finance industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel, including functions such as Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, IF Functions, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. (Fluency in spoken English is a plus.)
