市場與商品機會分析

• 進行市場與商品研究,找出具備高商業影響力的成長機會
• 分析市場趨勢、使用者行為與商品表現,支持成長策略制定

行銷活動與成長專案執行

• 規劃並執行產品成長與行銷活動,依據即時數據進行調整與優化
• 追蹤活動成效,於活動結束後產出清楚、具行動建議的成效報告

跨部門協作

• 與產品、行銷及其他功能團隊密切合作,透過彈性的產品與渠道組合,推動產品成長與市佔提升
• 協助整合不同資源,確保活動執行與業務目標一致

市場與競品監控

• 持續追蹤產品滲透率與市場佔有率,掌握競爭動態,並提出對應建議

其他專案支援

• 依業務需求支援其他臨時性專案或成長相關任務

【我們希望你具備的條件】

• 3 年以上相關工作經驗,背景包含但不限於:
• 電子商務(eCommerce)
• 產品營運(Product Operations)
• 成長行銷/數位行銷(Growth Marketing)
• 具備良好的數據分析能力,能以數據與創意思維解決問題並優化成效
• 中英文流利(聽、說、讀、寫),具備優秀的溝通與表達能力
• 良好的組織與專案管理能力,能在壓力下維持效率並適應快速變動的環境
• 新創型態的工作態度:主動、好奇、願意動手執行,能在高成長、快節奏的環境中發揮影響力

Role Overview

• Role Title: Senior Associate, Campaign
• Function: Marketing

• Role Type: Full-time

What you'll do:

• Conduct market and product research to identify opportunities with high business impact for incremental growth.
• Agilely develop, execute, track and optimize product growth initiatives in real time, and deliver post-campaign reports with clear, actionable insights.
• Work closely with product, marketing and various function teams to grow product market share through flexible product and channel mixes.
• Monitor product penetration and market share to stay ahead of competition.
• Support ad-hoc initiatives or projects as needed to drive business objectives.

What you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, product operation, or growth marketing (highly preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and a creative, data-driven mindset for solving problems and optimizing performance.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and a creative mindset. Resilient and performance-driven, capable of handling pressure and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
• A start-up attitude: hands-on, curious, self-motivated, and ready to dive in. You're organized, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
