About Our Client
Our client is a global leader in the eyewear industry, covering both B2B and B2C businesses. With a strong presence in Asia-Pacific, the company is accelerating its digital transformation journey, including ERP integration, CRM optimization, retail systems, and regulatory compliance. This role is based in Taiwan and directly supports the local manufacturing site while collaborating with the Asia-Pacific IT Application team.

Job Description

• Serve as the Application Owner for Taiwan site, responsible for ERP (SAP) and MES system operation and optimization.
• Drive new system implementation projects, manage POC, and support local application requirements.
• Provide basic IT support for the Taoyuan manufacturing site (e.g., network troubleshooting, PC/security).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales.
• Collaborate with teams across Asia-Pacific and Europe.
• Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in Taoyuan, 2 days in Taipei.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong knowledge of ERP (SAP) and manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience in system implementation, rollout, or application support.
• Background in manufacturing IT or consulting/SI firms is highly desirable.
• Solid communication skills with the ability to engage internal stakeholders, international teams, and external vendors.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency required.
• Certifications such as PMP or ITIL are a plus.
