Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Quality Verification Engineer for our Computing product line.

Key Responsibilities

1、Develop and implement test plans and test cases based on product design and customer requirements to ensure that product quality standards are met.

2、Directly interface with notebook brand customers; participate in customer audits, validation activities, and KPI management; and respond to customer quality-related requirements.

3、Identify, document, and track product defects; work closely with development teams to locate root causes and resolve issues in a timely manner.

4、Contribute to the continuous improvement of product quality and testing methodologies.

Requirement
一、Requirements

1、Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.

2、5+ years of experience in software development, project management, software testing, or quality verification for laptops, with mid-to-senior level experience in quality engineering or management, specifically with notebook/laptop ODM/OEM brands, such as Foxconn, Compal, Quanta, Pegatron, Inventec, Wistron, Acer, or ASUS is highly preferred.

3、Familiarity with the processes and quality systems of major notebook ODM/OEMs, as well as Windows and Linux operating systems, including system operations, troubleshooting, and deployment. In-depth understanding of notebook-related functional modules (e.g., battery, camera, USB, PCIe, BSP Power, Multimedia) is required.

4、Proven track record of direct engagement with notebook brand customers, with in-depth knowledge of customer audit procedures, validation processes, and KPI management from the client side.

5、Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in reading and communicating technical documents in English. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is preferred.

二、Preferred Qualifications
1、Familiarity with quality standards and validation processes for both business/enterprise and consumer notebook products; experience in quality verification or customer interface for these product lines is a strong plus.

2、Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and platforms to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

3、Experience with automated testing tools or scripting (e.g., Python, Shell, Jenkins, C, C++, Git ..) is preferred.

4、Familiarity with relevant computing certification standards, such as WHLK (Windows Hardware Lab Kit), is a strong plus.

5、Experience in new product introduction (NPI) or mass production quality management.

6、Experience in security validation, such as Arm TrustZone or secure boot, is a plus.
