We will always be flexible, innovative, agility and adaptive to meet and exceed customer needs. 負責產品組裝製作之執行,並對完成之製品實施自我檢驗,以提昇組裝效率及品質,達既定之製造目標。 How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? -依照製造工程圖、BOM及SOP,進行管路預置、彎管、管路裁切及標示,製作過程皆符合SOP作業規定,讓製作之品質符合專案之要求。 -負責製做焊接試片以確認焊道部份是否滲透及符合焊接之標準,並將焊接試片給與部門主管審核,確保焊道的滲透是符合焊接標準之後再進行產品之焊接。 -負責自主檢查管路、閥件焊接、焊道修整清潔、焊接管路平整度調整,提供優秀的焊接品質給與客戶。 -按製造圖執行盤面氣動元件、電子元件、管路、閥件的安裝、製作及標示,安裝過程中須確保製作的產品與圖面相符合,組裝後須再次自主檢查是否有元件漏裝或元件規格不符等情況發生,以確保組裝後的產品是符合安全及客戶的需求。 -按BOM表執行領料,並對組裝之零料件實施外觀、規格、尺寸、流向等品質檢驗及數量核對,以確保所領的零組件與BOM表是一致的。 -測試組進行管路氦氣測漏及飽壓測試發生問題時予以協助,協助解決問題而且達到測試所要求之標準。 -負責竣工測試資料文件製作,按客戶需求提供所需要的測試文件,以證明產品在出廠前已按客戶之需求檢查完畢可正常運作。

-協助主管執行SOP製作及修訂,按產品之變化適時的更新文件,以滿足產品變化之需求。 -負責執行無塵室區域及之5S 工作,確保區域內符合5S要求(整理/整頓/清掃/清潔/素養) ,符合客戶稽核或內部稽核之要求。 -其他主管交辦事項。 Are you a MATCH?
