We are seeking a Junior Trader to join our team. In this role, you will be actively involved in managing the firm's portfolios, assisting with daily trading activities, and contributing to risk monitoring, trade analysis, and idea generation. Responsibilities- Support the management of the firm's trading positions and risk exposures in collaboration with portfolio managers.
- Perform day-to-day trading operations including execution, order management, trade booking and reconciliation.
- Contribute to risk management oversight by monitoring exposures, P&L, and adherence to trading limits.
- Conduct trading-related analysis ****to support the firm's research and decision-making process.
- Build and enhance internal tools and analytics to improve workflow efficiency and decision-making.
- 3–5 years of experience in a risk-taking or trading execution role (crypto or traditional finance).
- Familiarity with crypto markets and a strong interest in digital assets.
- Technical understanding of financial derivatives including futures and options.
- Proficiency in data analysis; Python or other coding skills strongly preferred.
- Track record of accuracy and reliability in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across traders, operations, and risk teams.
