2.啟動與執行新供應商評鑑作業,,確保供應商導入之合理性及進行風險管控。
3.執行Cost control 詢比議作業,提升公司物料成本的競爭力。
4.依據採購策略執行RFQ。
5. 推展選用優良RVL支援新產品開發工作,提升RVL hit rate。
