JR67526 OCT CPEE CVD/PVD PRINCIPLE/SENIOR ENGINEER

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Establish and improve process condition and technology.

• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.

• Establish and modify process management projects.

• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.

• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.

• Abnormal analysis and improvement.


• Liaise and coordinate with Process/Equipment team from various Micron HVM Fabs on enabling strategic programs as well as handling issue escalation.


• Liaise and coordinate with supplier's global support team to manage supplier's technical support needed for issues resolution as well as for various strategic program support.


• Develop Equipment/Process technology roadmap for manufacturing capability enhancement, which include cost/wafer reduction, process capability enhancement, and more environmentally sustainable process.


• Short tern travel to various Micron's fabrication facilities across the globe might be required.
