【工作內容】
微影製程四班二輪夜班工程師,需要適應輪班工作,負責值班期間的各項任務。輪班安排會根據團隊人數和成員能力進行定期調整。

主要職責包括:

  • 即時處理異常產品及光罩,生產和量測設備的製程問題查證及排除。
  • 監控產品和設備的生產資料,進行資料收集和審查,並參與相關會議。
  • 相關系統操作及資料維護,包括MES、FDC、RMS、SPC等。
  • 產品pilot run及相關程式建立
  • 配合完成公司交辦的其他事項。

中科(台中市大雅區中部科學園區科雅一路8號)
