ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the ID team to get the products to market on timeVerify the functionality/assembly/reliability of the prototypeDesign 2D/3D and establish relevant documents Cooperate with Tooling/Manufacturing/Mech.Sourcer/Hardware/RF/Antenna Engineer to drive the project moving forwardTrack schedule in tooling/pilot run/pre-productionSecure products on quality/cost/UX experienceAnalysis of competitors' productsMinimum QualificationsBS in Mechanical or Equivalent 7+ years of experience in Mechanical Design (sheet metal, plastics, castings, CNC)Specializes in waterproof/ compact system designThrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment with a proactive mindsetDemonstrate strong emotional intelligence and effective interpersonal skillsMaintain focus and clarity under challenges with a solution-oriented approachExperience in products related to Outdoor Doorbell,  Smart Electronic Locks, Keypad Biometric Access Control Device Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Mechanical EngineeringExperience in injection molding/sheet metal/ die casting "Design"Fluently speaks English, good at writing/listening/reading Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teamsBenefitsInternational work environment and collaboration with global development teamsExcellent work conditionsCompetitive package: great pay, perks, and benefitsGroup insurance and health coverageFlexible working hours and patternsComplimentary drinks and snacks at the office
