We are seeking dedicated Engineering Technicians to join our Taiwan facility, specializing in the assembly and testing of high-precision interferometers. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a passion for delivering superior-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, calibrate, and test interferometer systems according to engineering specifications.
  • Perform precision alignment and integration of optical components.
  • Troubleshoot assembly and calibration issues, recommending process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of assembly procedures, test results, and quality control documentation.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to enhance product performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Optical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Hands-on experience in precision mechanical assembly, preferably in optical or semiconductor industries.
  • Familiarity with interferometric equipment, optical alignment tools, or similar precision instrumentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with optical metrology instruments and precision optics.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard quality control practices and methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
