We're on the lookout for a passionate Thai culinary expert to lead the innovation of Thai dishes for our U.S. expansion. This hands-on R&D role is perfect for someone who loves experimenting with flavors, ensuring authenticity while adapting to local preferences.

Location:
Based in Taiwan, with short-term assignments to the U.S.

What You'll Do:

• Develop innovative Thai dishes for the U.S. market
• Travel to the U.S. to lead local menu development and testing
• Evaluate flavors, adjust recipes, and ensure consistency
• Collaborate with R&D, central kitchen, and store teams to launch new dishes

What We're Looking For:

• Thai nationality with strong knowledge of authentic Thai cuisine
• 5+ years in culinary R&D, product development, or innovation roles
• Strong flavor evaluation and creative thinking skills
• Willingness to travel internationally and work cross-functionally
