The Role
We are seeking a Senior Board Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams across Board development programs. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end development lifecycle of server platform board HW related—from initial design through deployment—ensuring delivery to internal and external stakeholders.

As a technical leader, you will oversee project execution across multiple disciplines, closely collaborating with engineering leads, customers, and manufacturing partners to align key deliverables and technical milestones.

The Person

  • Proven experience managing server HW Board development programs with a strong track record of successful platform delivery.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across extended teams, suppliers, and customers to drive alignment and program success.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-regional teams to achieve complex development goals.
  • Strong technical problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with the ability to assess business impact and make informed execution decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end HW board development plans—including scoping, technical assessment, risk and resource management, and scheduling—from concept to deployment.
  • Lead cross-functional firmware teams to meet project milestones in alignment with broader platform delivery schedules.
  • Deliver clear and timely updates on development progress, provide deep technical insights into critical issues, and ensure on-time platform delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and overall execution efficiency.

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience in HW board development and technical program management within server or platform-level product development.
  • Track record of contributing to multiple generations of server platform development.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed oriented, self-driven with a strong sense of pride and ownership.

Academic Credentials

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
