職務內容:
制定全球面板採購策略。
評估現有和潛在的面板供應商,確保其技術能力、生產能力、品質控制符合集團的要求。
面板市場調查和分析並根據市場趨勢提出採購建議。
領導採購團隊進行面板採購合約談判,確保合同條款和價格條件符合公司利益並最大程度地降低成本。
積極尋求降低面板採購成本的機會,包括價格談判、採用新技術和材料等方式。
跨部門合作,確保面板按時交付,降低庫存風險,同時確保產品符合公司的品質標準和規範,並能夠滿足產品製造的要求。
辨識和評估供應鏈中的潛在風險,並制定應對計劃以應對任何可能影響生產的問題
領導和管理採購團隊,指導團隊成員,確保他們的工作符合公司標準和目標。
要求條件:
學歷要求:大學或研究所供應鏈管理、理工及商業管理等相關科系畢。
英文聽說讀寫精通。
具良好的領導力、團隊管理能力、溝通協調能力、風險管理能力、創新思維能力與國際視野。
具敏銳的市場洞察力和商業分析能力。
工作經驗要求:
a. 具有面板廠(華星光電、BOE、友達、群創…)的採購、銷售、PM管理經驗。
b. 至少擁有15年以上的顯示器行業相關工作經驗,其中至少5年擔任高層管理職位。
- 技能與專業知識:
a. 深刻了解顯示器產業,熟悉不同類型面板的技術規格和市場趨勢。
b. 掌握供應鏈管理和物料控制的最佳實踐,能夠有效管理複雜的供應鏈。
c. 卓越的談判技巧,能夠在價格、品質和交貨期等方面獲得有利條款。
d. 數據分析和市場研究能力,能夠基於數據制定明智的採購決策。
