職位宗旨
負責確認房間乾淨整潔及設備完善、指導客房造型師完成每日工作。

主要負責事項

• 值班時應穿著整齊制服,並保持服裝儀容整潔。
• 負責管理造型師每日工作流程,依照飯店最高標準確認清潔及維護客房與走道,已確保顧客滿意度。
• 監督續住客人及預抵達客人之客房清潔。
• 樓層領班需負責續住房,空房及樓層走道公共區域檢查。並在員工教育訓練時,提出對於清潔、保養、備品,安全及維護做出改善調整計畫。
• 如客房設備有任何損壞,請盡速在最短時間內告知值班主管。
• 審查與評估所有造型師之工作流程,以維持造型師之工作水平。
• 依據客房造型部職位工作守則,監督造型師之工作表現。
• 監督造型師各式備品申請量,監控造型師使用量及成本。
• 查看Arrival及In house報表,清楚住客習性或需求,特別注意WIP。
• 與迎賓櫃檯和其他部門保持良好溝通協調,確保顧客滿意度。
• 負責監督消秏品、客房備品及清潔備品之管理。
• 追蹤送修物件直至修復完成回歸。
• 旅客借用或損壞內部資產,監督歸還或賠償之追蹤。
• 妥善保管領取之房卡、MVPN及Pantry鑰匙,並於下班時確實繳回辦公室;領取及歸還務必簽名以示負責。
• 確實完成 與自身職務相關之報表並整理歸檔。
• 查看Out of service報表和樓層紀錄本,了解房間狀況。
• 清楚外包廠商之工作安排及進度,並報告部門經理或協理。
• 對任何註明需要保密的事物,克盡保密之責任。
• 高住房率支援整房。
