What You'll Do
  • Handle bank transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and transfers.
  • Review and process invoices, receipts, and accounting entries for various expense payments.
  • Perform account reconciliations for various accounts, including TWD, USD, petty cash, and credit cards.
  • Manage accounts receivable processes such as invoicing, discounts, and voiding.
  • Assist in tracking overdue accounts receivable payments.
  • Support the recognition and addition of fixed assets.
  • Prepare and file business tax and withholding income tax reports.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
  • Handle other finance-related tasks as needed.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and general accounting principles; skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive work attitude; intermediate to advanced English proficiency and willingness to work with English materials.
