【工作內容】

(1)產品管理

推動投資產品業務,達成預算及成長目標

參與產品調研、篩選、上線、推廣與前線培訓

監控產品日常運作流程,處理流程/操作/系統議題

(2)跨部門協作

協調產品、銷售、風險、數位、IT、營運等多部門合作,確保合規並滿足客戶需求

與區域團隊合作,提供在地化需求並推動產品優化或新專案

(3)專案管理

時程控管、資源規劃、風險分析及進度追蹤

(4)流程優化

優化產品銷售流程,提高效率並符合內外部規範

(5)行銷支援

支援行銷推廣,包含績效產品識別與市場研究

【基本條件】

(1)   工作經驗:外商銀行、本土銀行、投信基金PM

(2)學歷:大學或碩士

(3)英文:聽、說、讀、寫精通

(4)良好溝通與問題解決能力

(5) 具投資產品管理經驗

【加分項】

銀行或財富管理背景

具 CFA、CFP 資格
