輔導訓練轄區內各分行推動保險業務並做為聯繫窗口協助處理保險相關問題,以達成公司業績目標。

工作內容:

1.教育訓練: 新商品及銷售技巧訓練, 舉辦說明會。
2.行政協助: 協助銷售人員處理新契約照會, 保全事務, 保險各項規範說明及宣導 。
3.業務輔導: 各項專案的運作及推動, 商品行銷話術演練, 行銷人員的輔導與激勵。

需求條件:

教育程度:專科, 大學

科系:銀行保險相關, 財稅金融相關

工作經驗:3年以上

擅長工具:Excel, PowerPoint, Word,

其他工作條件限制:

1.具人身保險、投資型保險、非投資型外幣保險等相關證照

2.有銀行理專經驗或通路基金輔銷經驗者尤佳
