HR Supervisor

The role will handle all HR matters for the Taiwan operations, reports to the Greater China HR Manager. Your day to day tasks include but not limited to:

1. HR Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records (personal data, job descriptions, rotation history, attendance, performance evaluations).
2. Attendance & System Management: attendance tracking, generate reports, and monitor compliance.
3. End-to-End Recruitment: Plan and execute hiring processes (sourcing, selection, onboarding) to meet business needs.
4. Employee Lifecycle Administration: Manage employee onboarding/off boarding/ changes (promotions, transfers) and data updates.
5. Benefits Administration: Handle enrollments/exits for labor/health insurance and group insurance schemes.
6. Payroll & Tax: Process monthly payroll and manage year-end tax filings.
7. Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure adherence to labor laws, resolve employee disputes, and mitigate risks.
8. Policy Development: Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
9. Training Coordination: Deliver onboarding programs and facilitate group-wide training initiatives
10. Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or higher degree holder with minimum 5 years in HR roles.
2. Expertise in Taiwan Labor Standards Act and HR regulations
3. Proactive, detail-oriented, strong communicator, ability to work under pressure.
4. Ability to drive collaboration across functional teams.
5. Fluent English (written and verbal) is preferred.
