【As a Senior Staffing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:】

◆ Execute and optimize staffing processes, ensuring smooth and efficient talent deployment for global operations

◆ Support organizational agility through effective workforce movements and well-structured staffing practices

◆ Facilitate internal mobility and talent progression by supporting job grading and promotion processes

◆ Contribute to building a sustainable workforce by aligning staffing practices with business and HR strategies

◆ Partner with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to coordinate expatriate staffing and international HR activities

◆ Utilize data and digital tools to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and enable informed decision-making

【Key Responsibilities:】

  • Coordinate employee lifecycle operations, including transfers, exits, and retirement processes
  • Support the design and implementation of staffing policies to facilitate workforce transitions and organizational changes
  • Assist in administering internal job grading, promotion, and succession processes to ensure fairness and transparency
  • Handle expatriate management logistics and global mobility practices, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies
  • Support performance management execution and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR governance, assisting in labor relations when required
  • Collaborate closely with other HR functions to provide integrated human capital solutions across the employee lifecycle

【Qualifications】

  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with a focus on workforce planning, staffing operations, or organizational structure support
  • Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with solid logical and analytical thinking
  • Experience in performance management or Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) support is a plus
  • Knowledge of labor laws and processes related to employee offboarding, retirement, and international assignments
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., using functions and data analysis tools effectively)
