• Lead cross-site facilities communication and integration to ensure consistent operational standards across multiple plants, including GFAC Project coordination.
• Drive facilities quality management and continuous process improvement aligned with core benchmarks (LWO, QVS); ensure IATF readiness through process reviews, documentation control, and CAPA execution.
• Coordinate daily operations of the Facilities Operation Center (FOC), including utilities monitoring, alarm handling, critical issue management, and maintenance dispatch.
• Complete structured abnormal response covering alarm triage, severity classification, communication protocols, and response time control.
• Support ERC (Emergency Response Center) operations including emergency broadcast, crisis communications, and situation reporting.
• Supervise SCADA/BMS and SPC performance: observe patterns, spot deviations, direct root-cause examination, and encourage system upgrades.
• Conduct routine patrols and operational checklists to ensure facility stability and service readiness.
• Lead shift team management: labor planning, roster scheduling, proficiency training, SOP adherence, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate office common-area MEP maintenance, including lighting, HVAC, outlets, restrooms, and basic civil repair coordination.
• Direct site service operations covering employee dining, dormitory/housing support, and shuttle/transportation services.
• Maintain site environmental quality including cleaning services, landscaping, waste management, water features, and pest control per SLA.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize control room performance, service efficiency, cost effectiveness, and collaborator happiness.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Facilities Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities operations, control room/FOC management, utilities monitoring, or manufacturing site operations; 2+ years of team leadership preferred.
• Proficient with SCADA/BMS and SPC trend monitoring; capable of alarm interpretation, managing blocking issues, and incident management.
• Demonstrated experience in quality governance guided by specific performance measures (e.g., LWO, QVS) and application of 8D/CAPA or equivalent methodologies.
• Strong emergency response capability and ERC collaboration experience; able to communicate clearly under pressure.
• Knowledge of office/site MEP maintenance, site services (food/housing/transport), and environmental operations.
• Excellent leadership, collaborator communication, and cross-functional coordination skills; proficiency in Mandarin with basic English for technical documents is advantageous (if applicable to your site).
• Willingness to support shifts, on-call duties, weekend coverage, and emergency call-outs as required by operations.

• Experience related to ISO/IATF audit preparation, document management, and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with TPM/LEAN, predictive monitoring, and alarm rationalization to reduce false alarms and improve MTTR.
• Track record in cost optimization, SLA development, vendor governance, and service performance scorecards.
• Experience in cross-site rollout projects (e.g., GFAC) or multi-plant standardization programs.
