Operations Manager – Coherence Bio

At Coherence Bio, we're rethinking drug discovery. AI is moving fast, but biology is the bottleneck. Our mission is to close that gap — with modular, benchtop lab automation that makes high-quality, human-relevant data generation accessible to every lab.

We've been recognized globally — from UC Berkeley's Public Health Accelerator to Qualcomm's Innovate in Taiwan Challenge, and backed by investors across Taiwan and the U.S. Our team has presented at BIO International Convention, SelectUSA, Web Summit, and even won Draper University's Pitch Day. We're proving that a startup from Taiwan can help reshape the global biotech landscape.

Now, we're looking for a Operations Manager to join us at the center of this journey. You'll work directly with our CEO, ensuring smooth daily back office operations, while also stepping into investor relations, grant applications, business development, and external representation as the company grows.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Mature, proactive, and independent — thrives in ambiguity and finds solutions.
  • A strong communicator, fluent in English & Mandarin, comfortable with pitches and presentations.
  • ~5 years' experience in operations, management, or strategy (startup experience is a big plus).
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves for the details while also thinking big and strategically.
  • Bonus: background in biotech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Role: Hybrid, with direct exposure to leadership and global expansion
