Job SummaryDrive the day-to-day activities to meet the overall project objectives focusing on managing the engineering activities, development planning, validation cycles and delivery of medium to high complex engineering projects.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesTracking the issue and feature deliver management.Ensure project standards are met and maintained by actively synchronizing with all teams.Maintain project documentations and other related administrative duties.Prepare the project status reportUtilize project management tools, update project schedules based on project team/project manager input.Conduct internal formal reviews to ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements.Communicate technical aspects of a project effectively to cross-functional teams.Breakdown activities, set timeline, assign and ensure objectives are met and delivered on-time.Develop the FWSW release plans and manage the execution of projects.Utilize project management tools, update project schedules based on project team/project manager input, and update project financial information for tracking cost relative to schedule.Present executable solutions and continuously improve.Assist in analyzing risks, blockers and opportunities to ensure smooth project transition.13, SOW review and initialization.Maintain the 3rd parties relationship and initial for new vendors.Project Management ResponsibilitiesTypically reports to Management. Direct supervisor job title(s) typically include Engineering Manager or Group LeadJob is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management).Job QualificationsKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTSTechnical Knowledge & SkillsFull knowledge of project management principles, fundamentals, and knowledge areas.Experienced with key project management tools (ie. Microsoft Project) and requirements management tools.Manage projects in a stage-gate process. (EVT/DVT/PVT)Awareness of industry or specific sector, regulatory standards.Proficient in facilitating meetings.Extra SKILLS Is Plus.Comprehensive knowledge of Agile practices.Good understanding of product development and manufacturing processes including test validation.Basic technical background to recognize, assess and communicate cross-functional issues and risks.**Required Job Competencies:(Non-Engr.
