UCT is looking for a talented Supv, Logistics to join us in Taiwan  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• In accordance with the customs policies and company process to instruct the specialist of import & Export to fulfill the customs declaration of incoming materials
• In accordance with the customs policies and import and export company process to complete the finished product export customs declaration and booking positions of flight
• Track and instruct to complete the handbook verification and tax collection of domestic trade
• Coordinate with warehouse and production to complete annual inventory count , cooperate with the finance department of the third party audit
• Guide, training subordinates to complete the work according to the SOP and WI process , Coordinate all related departments to finish the work
• work close and maintain good and effective communication / relationship with Foreign trade and economic , customs inspection and other government departments , to ensure that the handbook on time verification, and timely solve the problem of goods import and export
• organize the forwarder to evaluate the freight and trend analysis, negotiation for better freight . Optimize the transportation structure, guide suppliers and customers to use the optimization of the mode of transportation
• Employee management and performance evaluation

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• College or above, major in logistics management or professional international trade

Experience Requirement: 

• 5 years or above logistics, processing trade enterprises work experience
• Excellent knowledge of logistic management
• Familiar with importation and exportation affair
• Good at Oral and written expression both English and mandarin
