Job Description
1. 產品零件需求分析:根據公司物料需求規劃初步檢視是否異常,下單前與相關單位求證釐清。
2. 供應商管理:
監督供應商的產品品質和交貨進度,並進行定期審查。
3. 庫存控制:
管理庫存水平,確保庫存充足但不過量。
制定庫存管理策略,減少庫存成本並提高周轉率。
4. 生產排程協調:
與生產部門協調生產排程,確保原材料供應及時。
針對生產計劃進行跨部門溝通,確保生產順利進行。
5. 風險管控:
進行風險評估,制定應急計畫以應對突發事件。
在遇到意外事件時,調整並改善進度延宕的狀況或降低潛在損失。
6. 新產品量產:
協助新產品的量產準備工作,確保零件供應及時到位。
