Job Description
  • Prepare and continuously enhance financial reports (daily to quarterly) for management, group, and statutory use, ensuring they support key business decisions.
  • Analyze existing reporting practices and recommend improvements to streamline, automate, and standardize across Taiwan and Hong Kong markets.
  • Partner with FP&A and Cluster teams to implement global digital tools and optimize Strategic Revenue Management, including pricing, portfolio, and trade efficiency analysis.
  • Conduct profitability analysis by customer and product and contribute insights to the S&OP process, especially in demand and sales reviews.
  • Act as a key Finance Business Partner to Supply Chain, leading logistics cost tracking, inventory planning, and forecast accuracy improvements.
  • Support Online/E-commerce teams by building structured reporting tools tailored to leadership and demand planning needs.
  • Collaborate with the digital technology team to localize and implement digitized, automated reporting systems.
  • Co-develop a new cash flow model with head of finance and champion financial literacy across non-finance teams through regular training.
  • Serve as digital transformation champion by training teams on data access/reporting and managing the system transition to new platforms.
  • Uphold internal control and governance standards, participate in audits, and ensure full compliance with global quality, safety, and regulatory policies.
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within FMCG or healthcare MNC environments.
  • Proven experience in managing sales and marketing expenses, including trade spend control and analysis.
  • Strong ethical standards and a values-driven approach to work.
  • Thrives under pressure and energized by challenging situations.
  • Clear and effective communicator with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and creative in challenging the status quo to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
