We are seeking a candidate with experience in high-tech manufacturing or government sectors, and a strong foundation in data protection, behavioral analytics, and risk management. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset and a deep understanding of how to balance security with organizational culture. This position requires strong analytical and technical skills, clear and effective communication abilities, familiarity with industry-standard investigation methods, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. Balancing robust security measures with maintaining a positive work culture is key, ensuring the preventive measures do not erode trust and morale.

Key  Responsibilities

Conduct investigations into insider risks and IP protection incidents.

Investigate IP leakage, sabotage, or unauthorized access to chip design and fabrication data.

Support evidence preservation and chain of custody procedures aligned with Taiwan's legal standards.

Assist in incident response and digital forensics related to insider activity.

Leverage cybersecurity tools (e.g., SIEM/Splunk, EDR, DLP) and threat intelligence system to support cross-team collaboration.

Collaborate with HR, Legal, Physical Security and Engineering teams to assess risks, enforce security policies, and to ensure timely and compliant resolution of incidents.

Build relationships with Taiwan law enforcement and regulatory bodies to support investigations.

Support training and awareness programs to reduce insider risk.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity investigations, intelligence, or insider threat analysis.

Experience conducting/leading interviews.

Ability to source, correlate, and analyze diverse data sources to support investigations.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information.

Demonstrated experience handling confidential, sensitive, or privileged information with discretion and professionalism.

Capable of working independently and collaboratively across cross-functional stakeholders including, HR, Legal and Engineering.

Desired Qualifications

Working knowledge of open-source tools and open-source intelligence gathering techniques.

Experience handling trade secret or IP cases in Taiwan.

Prior service with law enforcement, prosecutor's office, or investigation bureau.

Familiarity with Taiwan's Trade Secrets Act, National Security Act, and IP laws.

Understanding of digital forensics and threat intelligence.

Willingness and ability to travel within the Asia Pacific region.
