Welcome to the exciting world of Micron Technology's F11 Facilities Our team is dedicated to providing world-class engineering solutions and innovative facilities management that ensure the flawless operation of our Taiwan Taoyuan site. Lead the engineering team and manage essential system maintenance as F11 Facilities Process Systems Senior Manager.

You will be responsible for system engineering and predictive and preventative maintenance of gas & chemical systems, ultra pure water and wastewater systems, and manage the overall shift operation of all facility systems, incl. GAS, CHEM, UPW, WWT, MECH, E&I, in Taiwan Taoyuan site. You provide strategic and tactical leadership, and technical guidance to provide reliable, sustainable and competitive facilities operation system for fab production and business success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage system engineering projects to expand capacity and improve reliability.
• Implement and monitor predictive and preventative maintenance activities to ensure system compliance and efficiency.
• Coordinate the shift operation of all facility systems, providing immediate problem-solving to mitigate production impacts.
• Engage with suppliers to explore advanced strategies and technologies for competitive advantage.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental procedures, maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Facilities, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to compile executive-level reports and presentation materials.
• Strong interpersonal skills for clear and effective communication.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a focus on achieving outstanding results.
• Experience in program and project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of current standard methodologies in facilities management.
• Demonstrated success in cost reduction initiatives and budget management.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs for operational teams.
• Ability to foster strong business relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Proven track record in boosting productivity through operational efficiency improvements.
